Agreed. Weird thing is, it’s hard to manufacture it. It’s either there or it isn’t. Some guys go too far the other way too (Cal, Pearl, Buzz come to mind immediately). A solid balance is healthy and shows your players you won’t tolerate lackadaisical play. Or that you appreciate supreme effort. But just to stand there like you’re in deep thought 99% of the time gets tiring.
