I say we lose 8. Then another in the SECT. Then another in the NCAAT.
Ten losses. The entire team leaves again. We bring in six or seven new people and start over...again.

I also come up with 25-6. And I would wager on that +/- 2 games (so 23-8 to 27-4).
Idk how anyone can watch last night, without any of ours big against the #1 team in the country, and predict 10 losses. I just don't get the negativity. Towards Cal? Absolutely. Towards this team in particular? I do not get it.

Lose @TN, @Ark, @TexasA&M, and one other that isn't as expected.
Don't think we lose a home game all year.

I don't know how anyone could have watched the last 5-7 years and not strongly suspect that we will lose 9 or 10 games.
I'd be thrilled to come out 25-6. Cal is coaching, so I feel like we'll have more than 6 losses.
Well in the last 7 years we have only lost more than 6 regular season games a total of 3 times.
The other 4 seasons in that span finished with 6 or fewer losses.
But let's not let facts get in the way of a good narrative.
