The SEC and Big 10 dominate and even more when factoring in the teams they are adding.
The SEC has 5 teams in the top 13. Throw in Texas and Oklahoma who are coming soon and its 7 of the top 13.
The Big 10 has 3 in the top 10. Throw in Washington and Oregon and they have 4 of the top 6 and 5 of the top 10 plus add Iowa at 18.
