That sweep we ran to Cummings was wide open. Would have liked to have come back to that again or ran Brown or Robinson on one

Sweeps require strong edge play from your tackles, to seal the edge, or it gets blown up.

Not jet sweeps tho. You just need to get a piece of the end which is usually done with a TE, sometimes you don't even need that. It doesn't have to blocked that well at all. The WR is running full speed when he gets the ball and will almost always be able to beat the DE to the edge.
