I don't know why Cal keeps putting Skal on the floor, I'm not a coach nor have ever been but can anyone logically explain this to me?

Don't know for sure but maybe Cal is thinking why burn a year's worth of eligibility when he may not be ready?

Why are we talking about this? Did Skal let Auburn hit 12/13 threes? So, how would Tai have really helped us? We needed to play better defense on the perimeter. We didn't do that. Has very little to do with Tai helping us.

I don't know if Wynard is any good or not. I do know that Skal is the worst player I've seen actually get minutes while Cal has been here. So if he can't get Skal's minutes, I hate to think how bad he really is.

They were hitting some crazy shots, but that don't change the fact that our offense is all about trying to isolate our guards, if we need a big basketball we got to hope our guards can get by 3 defenders on the drive. No inside out game or anything.

Cal may be waiting to see if Bolden commits to UK. If he does then Tai gets in the remaining games. If not, he will be red-shirted. Just a thought.

Alex and Lee will never be anything in the post. Lee does not have one post move. 4 years of high school, 3 years of college and not one post move.
Alex is not ever going to do it. Just isn't in him.

What does Bolden coming or not have to do with Tai redshirting this season?

Bolden is a true center. We don't have a true center committed for next year as of right now. If Bolden doesn't commit to UK, Cal may save Wynyard for that role next season.

I dont think Cal wants such a highly rated recruit to be a "bust".

Skal will continue getting playing time. If that pisses you off at this point, might as well stop watching the games.

Tai is not ready condition wise.........least that's what Cal has mentioned.

So it's not a matter of whether he's good or not.......he just isn't ready yet. That's all.

sorry guy but he is that bad. Cal dropped the ball in the class. cal has never even seen the kid play until he got to my. he is not the answer so stop.

Well, someone needs to tell Cal it's a little late for the that. Skal is already a bust - he'll battle Josh Selby throughout history for title of worst Rivals No.1 rated recruit ever. For those who say it's too early for that, you're refusing to believe what your eyes are showing you.

It's past the point of wondering when Skal will turn it on, and time to start wondering what decent skill he actually has. I've yet to see one thing he does well on the floor, and worse, I don't think he really even understands the basics of the game.
