I wonder if it was part of the Arkansas strategy to let Williams go off. The offense works best when he is distributing and hitting cutters. Not so much when he is trying to be the primary low post scorer.

More Williams means less Oweh, Robinson and Brea. Not once did Arkansas double Williams. They were content to let him cook and keep the shooters from bombing away.

Z is terrible at everything on a basketball court that is not shooting a 3. That is in large part why Amari was effective down low.

Ark was just flat out better, sure they played at a level no one had seen all year, we didn't defend at all

A few more observations as a lifelong fan:
This one hurt worse than any game in a long time ,for you old timers like me.
This was in the same ball park as the Texas Western loss in 66(that is how I feel about it)

If we somehow beat Ole Miss I will be more upset about this loss than I am now. If we lose to Ole Miss
it will be so what. It will take a few games before one will matter to me.

We don't seem to be able to sustain effort and results for more than one game at a time(we beat UT
then fall flat on our face) We have a week to prepare for Vandy and go down by 17 before we decide to play

This team has no identity, we are a different team from game to game
