No Respect for AD in Big D

The lack of respect for AD in Dallas the last couple of days is pissing me off. They are calling him a "broken down" Center. The moment he steps foot on the floor, he will become the greatest defensive player and Center in Mavericks history by a wide margin. I hope AD shows up inspired. He guards Jokic better than anyone too. Best current two way big man in the NBA.

Agree Mavs got better player for their team "right now" . Fans there are pissed as Luka was a superstar , 25 , just made finals , top 3 player in NBA ...... sold for a song . Not any jab at all at AD hes a great player and will be better for Mavs this year assuming Irving plays well. But dude is always injured and been in league 12 years in his 30s.

Mavs should have demanded alot more imo.. fans are pissed Luka is gone but I think k more pissed they didnt get nearly enough

PJ is not playing for the Mavs tonight for "personal reasons". I hope they aren't going to trade him. I would like to see PJ and AD play together. Mavs need another ball handler, Kyrie is playing with a bulging disk.

Luka is 25 and he's only played 22 out of 50 games this season. He has been out for 6 weeks with a strained calf. Hell, he barely ever breaks a slow jog anyway. Luka has only played more than 70 games in a regular season once, and I don't see that changing. AD played 76 games in the regular season last year.

Anthony Davis has played 55+ games in 10 of his 13 seasons. Played 60+ games in 8 of his 13 seasons. That is as good or better than the vast majority of the league. Basically every player that has been in the league that long has had a bad run of injuries at some point, other than Lebron.

The "street clothes Davis" propaganda is beyond idiotic.

And he still dominates night in and night out while playing 38+ minutes a night. I think reports of his fitness level is overblown.

It was an objectively stupid trade. You can believe AD is still good without contradicting that.
