They were both looking over to see if they need to meet at half court. They met prior to the intro's, so I doubt they felt like they needed to again.

Coaches never shake hands during intros. Only the players do this.
Coaches always have a little chat during warm ups.

During the starting lineups? They may during the tournament, but I have never seen it during a regular season game.

I never pick up rattlesnakes and I always like seeing the cats win. Eh, not so bad.
