No longer a stoops guy

Disaster avoided but we still have a problem. We are not able to prepare ourselves for a game every week. This has to get better. I am still one foot out of the Stoops canoe. He will still have to win me back by proving that he can get his team prepared every week not just once or twice per season.

We won the game, that is all that matters. 2 wins away from a bowl. I pray to the football gods that this team can at least win comfortable against freaking Charlotte, who my alma mater MTSU dropped 70+ on. Beyond that, going to be crazy each week but surely we can win another one or two somewhere.

If you're no longer a Stoops guy after 1 game I don't know what to tell ya. Teams have games like this all the time against inferior opponents. When we actually came to play for 10 minutes we outscored them 21-0.

At this point, just moving on, be lucky we won, and fight to play another day. Wouldn't shock me to see this team turn around and have their best game of the year against Auburn. Who knows but we're 4-1 and 2 games to bowl eligibility.

Impossible? You mean nobody does it, anywhere?
not sure what your getting at but even the best teams have a bad week occasionally. we sre dealing with college kids, taking classes, chasing girls, partying...

Well he's 4-1 so that's 4 times in 5. Give it a rest. I guess you have one foot out the the Urban Meyer canoe as well. He probably still has to win you back by proving he can get his team prepared every week not just 2-3 times a season.
