Go to any Rivals SEC site, punch in Football, then their schedule, it redirects to a Yahoo scheduling site, and (if on their ‘22 schedule) we are listed as follows:

UK (18) Kentucky. . . .

And I assume we keep that ranking until the first AP poll.

Thanks Hack. So #18 would be highest AP preseason football ranking for UK since they were most recently ranked in the AP preseason top 20 in 1978 (44 yrs ago) at #15.
It will be another 44 yrs before we are ranked preseason again and I will be dead if Mitch doesnt succumb to collectives.

if that is the case and Kentucky has a year like last year, they have a great chance to make the top ten. It is almost impossible to do that starting unranked.

The only thing that will stop Stoops is NIL. It hasn't affected Stoops talent that much yet, hope he is still coaching here next year. One of the two has to go.
