Exactly, or vice versa, run the 40 but leave the bench press to pro day at school.
 
This is about the ugliest set I’ve ever watched. Lucky he didn’t bruise a sternum or xiphoid process. This is like a CrossFit butterfly pull up Awful spotting too.
