Don't know if this was posted, but basketball can now have a roster limit of 15 with all being scholarship players.

All being NIL players. Just means more money grab. This will bsnkrupt many small schools.
They can just pull a Calipari and sign 8 or 9 guys and not worry about it.
I suspect most coaches will just use the last few spots for guys who would have been walk-ons anyways. I can't see the 12-15 spots being meaningful scholarship players.
The women have had 15 forever. What it does is allows you to keep a couple spots open for late transfers without impacting the roster too much.
I’d like to read the fine print about what walk-ons can and can’t do under the new rules. Because obviously with one and two million-dollar NIL packages floating around no one’s going to give a flip about who is lucky enough to get the $15k room and board ride or whatever it happens to be lately.
