Stoops still interviewing. He is very encouraged the number that has applied and the quality there is to pick from. Sounds like a new man actually.

Not sure what you're looking for, Vince Marrow has been UK's Recruiting Coordinator since Stoops has been at UK. Go to UKAA site and click football link. It lists coaches and a lengthy list of admin support too. Maybe you can find your answer there.
Might have used wrong title. The fellow that left was Dan something. Did a ton of behind the scenes recruiting work.
Any chance this could be Deland McCullough, a Youngstown native, who might bring his sons with him?
Name was Brezewitz(apology on spelling) or something like that. Yes, he was replaced,,,was something like Director of Operations or some such. Had twin sons, think one is still at UK, one may be at Troy with Sumrall. Mentioned the UKAA site. Check it out, it lists everybody with bio even remotely connected with the program.

Yep. That’s her. Was supposed to be a Miracle Worker in regards to recruiting, planning, organizing…etc. To be honest, I’ve not seen any evidence that anything is improving. We SHOULD be recruiting at a higher level and we are not.
Yeah...I'm sure NIL is the recruiting problem. But she has made zero impact that you can tell.
Just to clarify I’m pretty sure her role was coordinating the actual official visits. Like booking hotels, transportation, etc. Not really sure how much recruiting success is tied to this person.
That's true but it offers another chance to take a shot at Stoops, VM, recruiting failures, et al.
I wanna know who it is so I can reach out to them about my nephew in hopes they will give him more attention that Settle or Matsakis has.
They were trying to interview me, but I’m on house arrest with a bracelet, so I couldn’t get there.

They're in completely different roles. She only coordinates visits to make sure they go well. Dan actually helped with recruiting

From the sounds of it when she was being hired, I assumed she going to be doing that as well.
Tbh my comment was negative admittedly. I’m not trying to take a shot at our coaches at all. I LOVE the staff we have, but I can still be honest and express concern about our recruiting currently. We are NOT getting it done. It should be markedly better the year following a Citrus Bowl W! And if as we all suspect NIL is the main issue as to why we aren’t getting it done??? That’s why they get paid the ridiculous money that they do to figure this shit out! Everyone else in the SEC is! FIX IT NOW!
No they have different jobs. DB scouted young talent years in advance and organized who and how to recruit. She organizes recruit visits.
Thought you was talking about the OC. Looks like the guy that used to be TX associate head coach. Tons of experience at some big programs. The way he moved up fast in his career, he must be great at the coaching part. Don't know how good of a recruiter though.
JR thinks he'll be a major recruiter. FWIW.
Thanks, just saw that with the other thread. I agree, great hire. This makes me believe Coen ends up being the guy. Wouldn’t you wait on this hire to see what the OC specialty is. We also need a qb coach. At least makes you think Stoops has his guy.
