YUP! Maybe we need to start a twitter/FB campaign to get this rolling. I would love to see us wear these once a year for the UL game. Stoops may not know these existed.
Definitely. Would love to see the wildcat in the state logo be an alternate logo. Put it on a white and a blue helmet and wear them a couple times a year. Have that same jersey for home and away games and put Kentucky across the chest. I love the modern stuff, but those throwbacks are awesome.
Nah that new helmet is a Matte white. No reflections. I like it. Just my opinion though.You know, I just don't like it. The problem is it reminds me too much of this A&M one. Late to the party but not as good.
I want to see what can be done with a black chrome decal in blue trim. On a black helmet. Like the metallica album.
I hope they keep tweaking and getting more and more radical with the uniforms. Why you SAY? BECSUSE THE RECRUITS FREAKING LOVE IT! You can play hard and physical in blue and white or Black Chrome and white or grey chrome and blue. Or all Chrome or all white etc.. etc.... I WOULD LIKE TO SEE an all black with Flat black helmets and CHROME UK LOGO. THAT WOULD BE SICK! OR all blue with Chrome hemets. All grey with blue helmets etc..
I'm wondering when a school will create a cool flash program or something similar that lets you mix and match the various uniform/helmet options on a website.
I'm also waiting for a promotion where the fans vote on the uniform combos each week...imagine what you would get. Don't announce what won, just let them see it on the field that week.
