You need to pay the HC $500-700k and give the staff enough $$ so they don't have to rely on summer camp $$. I would get an assistant with SEC/Florida ties for recruiting, use the new stadium and facilities to lure top recruits, and get a coach who can develop kids.

I would say 300k plus performance bonuses...but the most important thing is the stadium! ! No more BS...get this done!!

Henderson made $475,000 this past season. I believe Mitch will top that for the new HC, whom ever that turns out to be. The new stadium will be like a huge bonus, for all of UK baseball !
