NCAA to help cover travel to Final Four for families of players

I may be wrong but I'm not sure that the NCAA will cover those expenses...they will just allow the schools to do so.

Even so, families will under no circumstances be permitted cream cheese or maple syrup at their hotels' continental breakfasts.

This action by the NCAA is a Wrong made Right that was almost hard to believe existed.

Coach Cal has been vocal on this in the past.

further review reveals this: "Under previous NCAA guidelines, schools were permitted to use a student
assistance fund for a one-time payment of $800 to help fund families’
postseason travel."

This is being implemented now. It applies to the football playoff this year. (interesting).
