I think this will help people process the decision young men like Shaedon Sharpe have to make.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but the first 2 years are fully guaranteed and the rest are year by year options.
One point I want to make.. Sharpe would reach his big money contract 1 year earlier if he leaves this year.- but he is also LOCKED in to a salary escalator for up to 5 years. If he's the #10 pick this year, but the #3 pick next year.. that's a 23 million dollar difference that his future contracts would have to "make up".. which is easily done if you are really really good. There's still unknowns like NIL money, inflation, future contract values, endorsements, team that drafts him taxes (state income tax?)
