I'm pulling for the Cavs.Who you got and in how many games?
GS in 6 for me
Not a bad basketball fan at all, no Cats in the finals make it a lot less appealing since I don't care for either team. But, it's the finals and the matchup is intriguingHonestly, I don't really care and am not even planning to watch. Am I a bad basketball fan for thinking that way? Just kinda bored with the NBA right now. To answer your question though, I'll say the Cavs win again this year despite the Warriors now having Durant.
It's hard to get excited with all the thuggery, walking, grabbing. How is it exciting watching a bunch of 7 footers +/- dunking the ball? Anyone 6'5" or better with any athletic ability at all should be able to do that. No shooting, no defense. I'd rather watch the Reds...and they are terrible.Honestly, I don't really care and am not even planning to watch. Am I a bad basketball fan for thinking that way? This game so far has been phenomenal.
To each his own...but what have you seen that demonstrates a high level of skill? Running over people, moving picks, grabbing. Looks like street ball to me.
I saw the couple of outside shots they made (probably missed a couple since I'm mainly watching the national spelling bee). Not sure about the va/wisc game as I rarely watch college bball. As for fouls: I'd rather have 300 fouls called WHEN there are 300 fouls committed, than watch a game with constant fouling that is never called.Okay man. It's 35-30 after the first quarter, curry pulling up from 35 feet and splashing 3s, Cleveland running the pick-n-roll masterfully, Lebron darting passes through traffic, oh and a buzzer beater to end the quarter. This may not be as exciting as Virginia vs Wisconsin in the NCAA tourney or the amazing NCAA championship game where 300 fouls were called and UNC won after shooting 20% from 3 but it will do.

During a break in the spelling bee, I tuned in....a couple of walks, a hold, several foul-worthy bumps and bangs within a couple of minutes. It's not basketball.crazy how much they get away with in the NBA. not one screen is legal and the defender is always grabbing and pulling the offensive player
Part of it is due to it being the only sporting event on tv tonight. Reds aren't playing. It's either the nba during commercial breaks with the national spelling bee or watch Housewives of some county. As bad as it is, the nba beats the Housewives shows.Love all the anti NBA guys posting in the NBA finals thread..

We'll agree on that...if it wasn't for UK I wouldn't watch either...and don't until the tournament begins. The problem with college officiating is lack of consistency. As opposed to the college game were the officiating dictates the majority of the winners and losers. This past season was one of the worst I have ever seen in my life. If it wasn't for UK, I wouldn't even watch it.
Hey, it was his turn to dunk...that's the way it's scripted.Wonder how many times the Cavs are not going to stop the ball and let Durant just go down lane and dunk. Isn't stopping the ball one of the things you get taught pretty early on.
I'm pulling for the Cavs.
Used to like it when it was played the way it should be played. Lebron is great/one of the best everAnyone who doesn't like the NBA, doesn't like basketball. You get the best of the best going head to head. LeBron vs Durant is must see tv.
GS is just too good, total mismatch
Blood bath. My Cavs will be lucky to win 1 game in this series. Felt this way before it started tonight only confirmed. Cavs added Korver and GS added Durant....not exactly the same type of player.
Actually I knew this would be the result on July 4th, 2016. My happiness as a Cleveland fan was short lived after our 1st championship in my lifetime.
Still hard to believe a 73 win GS team was able to add a player like Durant.
Been expected but still hurts. Getting Durant ended the season before it began. That been like the Cavs getting Leonard last off-season. Good thing the Cavs won last year because GS is going to win the next 3 or 4.
