I’m not sure, but isn’t a tenet of the Mormon faith to strive to prevent and suppress anger ??

I'm not a Mormon, but Jesus is my Christ and my "Book" is the New Testament, where the Apostle Paul wrote, “Be angry, and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your wrath." (Ephesians 4:26).

Not to someone that that is a part of their core belief. It’s the opposite of that. I don’t think Pope said a cuss word. He never swears from what I’ve heard. It almost looks like he said “Bull Shot”. Christians have a whole vocabulary of almost swear words, fudge, frick, Oh ship, Bullspit, etc.

The whole curse word thing had always been silly to me. Who determined what words were a curse word? Some long dead guy I'm sure.

I can shout shut the front up and it's fine but say the other and I'm an angry bird. People substitute non curse words for curse words but it's the same intent.
