Speaking of centuries, who will be the last player born last century to play college basketball? Even Baker-Mazara was born in January of 2000.

Julius Mays. Gave his all for an NIT team during his final season of college hoops - had he had an extra year, I think he would've helped the Harrison twins acclimate easily. Although he would've taken minutes from everybody's favorite, Dominique Hawkins.

100%. I’ve never thought Bogans was underrated because he’s always talked about as underrated. Underrated should be a guy no one ever mentions when it comes up. Davender put up really good numbers over his career.

It's outside of the time parameter but I'll throw Todd May in on the homesick theme. He would have been an impact player. He actually got more minutes than Walker his freshman year.
Behnke never suited up for the Cats. Played for Germany in the Olympics and the World Championships, was drafted twice in the NBA, but never stepped on the court for UK.
My brother from Pikeville (UT fan) brings him up a lot
He either transferred to Pikeville or was fm there I think
I barely remember him - if he was a freshman with Skywalker then that would have been the 1983 elite 8 team i guess

Yes, May was a freshman (with Sky) my freshman year 1982-1983. He was from eastern KY somewhere and transferred to Pikeville after his freshman year. Winston Bennett was coming to UK the next year as well.
Remember that period and those teams pretty well -
