Could be Louisville, but I'd say St.Johns has the edge. You can thank Rohrssen for that, since Slice was the one who coaxed the kid to commit to Pittsburgh, then back out when Slice left. UK didn't pursue him when Slice came because of all the talent above him that had UK in their lists. He is a shooter in the mold of a Luke Kennard, but doesn't have that level of skills. Good shooter though.Rowan seems likely to end up at Louisville.
If you can't win the game on the court, this is expected.I have a bad feeling that we try to get in on this kid, we offer, then he picks UofL (they have been recruiting him forever) and their fans start bragging about how they beat us out for a player. LOL!
Early reports are that Willis is shocking people with his improvement and he's being seen as the front runner to start at the 3. Just what my sources are passing along...
In other news, Josh Carrier is hitting everything he shoots and Jon Hood is dunking over everybody.
Sorry, I had to say it. You know how summer pickup reports always go. LOL!
As far as the class of 2015 going elsewhere, I see things a bit differently. I simply look at the 38-1 team as one of the most unselfish in the history of the sport. To expect future teens to follow suit is a pipedream afaic. And they have every right to chase the dream of their wishes. Even if it turns into a nightmare.
One name I can mention, which name I wrote in this thread, is Maverick Rowan. What would that name be Dave? All the top 100 recruits I Believe are committed.. Though I am puter impaired I can not find who that person of interest might be? Just Asking..
I have not gave up. Maverick Rowan. has no UK offer and like the rest I believe it might be a little late in the process to start.
Gotta think it's Oregon, especially since its not going to be televised on espn. That was the one thing that had me holding out hope.
I'm not losing hope, I know Murray isn't big on Twitter but he is following half our team, including Briscoe. Didn't see the same with Oregon players. The only thing that is concerning is the use of TSN vs. ESPNU.
No hes doing it on some Canadian channelHe's No longer doing an ESPNU decision ?
You said it. Biggest bunch of chuckleheads I can remember.Rest in peace 2015 recruiting class. I never want to think about you ever again.
This is nobodys fault but Cal's, don't blame it on players. He's created this monster...u can't run 6 ir 7 through an bring 4 in. He chose this type of style and he should always be ready for this stuff, he clearly wasn't this year.
I think Cal had his ducks in order. He had scholarships offered. You can lead a horse to water , But you can't make him drink. But I would suggest that you get off his back ,Because he might just decide to roll in the water..
The truth is out there.

Dave, I hope you are correct in "hoping its U.K.It's gonna be either Oregon or UK. Duh.
On another board, here's what I posted this morning concerning when and which:
Further clarification: If Jamal plays for his country in the FIBA U19 World Championships, to be held in Greece starting June 27th and ending July 5th, then it's believed he will announce his college decision before June 27. I am led to believe he intends to make the trip overseas but needs to shore up the last bit of academics in order to get the reclassification done and eligibility done. That should come any day now, and since the Canadian team will depart for Europe next week, well, time is short. That's why I was told that as soon as he gets qualified, he'll declare.
BTW, the American team, which includes Brashcoe, I mean Briscoe, leaves for Greece this coming Sunday, the 21st.
He could make the trip to Greece, then immediately afterwards enroll in the second summer school session at the college of his choice. He wouldn't have to take college classes if he is already "legal", but why not? I mean, you're there, so take some classes. That's what most do.
I expect him to qualify, reclassify, and be a UK Wildcat, and pretty soon.
The truth is out there.
Good grief. The University of Oregon has two current NBA players: Aaron Brooks, and Luke Ridnour. Since 1954, the O has sent a grand total of twenty players to either the NBA or ABA. Greg Ballard and Fred Jones had some longevity in the league, but neither are or were household names.
I still have strong suspicion that you and I are leaning too heavily on the tweet from Elgin Cook. The truth is out there.
