Can he develop some 3pt shooting in his college career?
Being able to shoot three's is a nice add for his size and position, if he can get there, but can he pass, rebound and score around the basket? Those will be the biggest things asked of him. Amari Williams couldn't shoot a lick, but he could handle the ball and dish it like a PG. Not sure how he was able to develop those skills to a very high level for his size, but not his shooting. Not every 7' needs to be a 3 point shooter ,good teams need players who can
play inside the 3 point arc. I get it that they all want to launch 3's but that isn't
the end all to be all

But it's 3 pt. shooting that will put him on an NBA radar real fast if he can hit at a solid clip.
It will also make UK a very difficult team to guard. You pull a teams shot blocker out of the paint and it opens up a ton of options for a team, especially if they have athletes who can shoot from 3 on top of your center.Being able to shoot three's is a nice add for his size and position, if he can get there, but can he pass, rebound and score around the basket? Prepare you myself for Garrison raining threes all season, regardless of the %.If Pope gets a center who can make threes, running the offense from the top of the key, that will be huge improvement. Imagine if defenders couldn't have sagged off Amari when he was running point.
All he has to do is be able to knock down wide open threes. He doesn't need a quick release or to be able to come off screens. He is just there to stretch the defense which facilitates offensive flow. His shot isn’t broken. It needs to speed up and work on shooting after a drop step or pick and pop.
People don’t understand how much different shooting around is vs. shooting in a game. He has a ways to go to get to +35% in game. If he can get there, lookout.

Nope. Studies have shown this is pure speculation and quite literally impossible. Can he develop some 3pt shooting in his college career?
I’m cool with that! He’s got a sweet stroke.Prepare you myself for Garrison raining threes all season, regardless of the %.
True but it would be nice to have a Center or PF that could be a legitimate threat, so much so that it requires their PF or C to run out, thus opening the center for someone to drive in and score. Not every 7' needs to be a 3 point shooter ,good teams need players who can
