Probably also smashed when he sent the letter.🙃He’s got the perfect case —he was black-out drunk when he “resigned” and has no memory of it. Can’t hold him to that.
WVU: Ok, fine. You're fired then instead.
Sounds like the line a guy uses on his 3rd x wife...He’s got the perfect case —he was black-out drunk when he “resigned” and has no memory of it. Can’t hold him to that.
The more I think about this the more it makes no sense.I presume this is just a ploy to squeeze out a more generous goodbye package out of WVU. No way he believes he can actually get the job back.
But it’s still an absurd move. Dude, legally you voluntarily resigned, you weren’t fired … can’t claim wrongful termination when you were terminated. And WVU obviously had solid grounds even if it had legally been a firing.
I think he just wants WVU to say that he’s fired. How can he be reinstated if he never resigned or fired?
He’s gonna claim he was drunk and they made him sign it 😂
Ding ding ding we have a winner.I think he just wants WVU to say that he’s fired.
He’s now regretting that he left in the form of a resignation after his lawyer explained to him how much better a financial deal for him a firing would’ve been. So he’s trying to retract the resignation so he can instead get fired.
Because he's not rich enough already?I think he just wants WVU to say that he’s fired.

No kidding. Like dude is a multi-millionare. Has more money than most of us will ever see. And just won't fade into the sunset with some grace. What boggles my mind is why people with this kind of money at their disposal get DUI's. Hire a damn driver ffs.
Money corrupts a lot of people. Most people today only put value in things that have favorable profit margins. It’s sad that so many succumb to the sin of greed but it what it is I guess. No kidding. Like dude is a multi-millionare. Has more money than most of us will ever see. And just won't fade into the sunset with some grace.
How much of that money did he drink away?No kidding. Like dude is a multi-millionare. Has more money than most of us will ever see. And just won't fade into the sunset with some grace.
If I won the lottery I'd have a driver and a blunt roller on staffWhat boggles my mind is why people with this kind of money at their disposal get DUI's. Hire a damn driver ffs.
Sark was holed up in his office doing lines of coke when the team was supposed to be practicing. This was after he appeared drunk at the "Salute To Troy" Event in front of the team, their parents, former players/coaches being honored, administration, etc......and speaking in a manner that was obvious he was under the influence.Sark pulled a similar move at USC. Why the Longhorns took him after that fiasco is beyond me.
Oh yeah, his case for being so drunk he was too incapacitated to be responsible for any action he took is iron clad. It's open and shut. Of course, when he proves that case, he's also proving that he's unfit to have the job. He’s got the perfect case —he was black-out drunk when he “resigned” and has no memory of it. Can’t hold him to that.
Thats what he wants. Then it becomes a leverage point for money. He doesn't actually expect to be reinstated. (Just my opinion)WVU: Ok, fine. You're fired then instead.
So, he writes a letter to fans saying he will step down, publishes that on social media, and now claims he never did.
Wtf is wrong with him? His family needs to get ahold of him immediately before he does something permanent.
Humans are dumb. After watching so many stupid things over the years it’s the only logical conclusion. What boggles my mind is why people with this kind of money at their disposal get DUI's. Hire a damn driver ffs.
He sounds like he knows how to party.Sark was holed up in his office doing lines of coke when the team was supposed to be practicing. Texas took him because he was successful under Nick Saban as an OC.
This. On advice of counsel. If he resigned, he wouldn't get paid out the rest of his contract. It's just a money grab. They can still fire him with cause, so it's a moot point.
