Seriously though, what's the justification for playing a Big 10 football game in Ireland?

This series was supposed to have started a couple of years ago but got cancelled due to Covid. Don't recall who was originally scheduled, maybe Michigan and somebody??

Nebraska has proven to be a tough job.
1. No Big 8 schedule with a guaranteed Orange Bowl trip for winning. Which leads to...
2. ...recruiting is no longer as strong in Florida, Cali, and Texas where they used to pull all their WRs, RBs, QBs, and DBs.
3. No more steroids killed the Veer running OL and the vaunted Black shirt defense.
4. Tom Osbourne retired. He never lost more than 3 games.

It was an entertaining game actually especially since I have not seen one for a bit. The only thing I did not like was NW playing not to lose the last 12 minutes or so. Yes, it worked, but...it was boring.
