I agree. Cal has a monster recruiting class next year. It is likely that the next class will be Cal's best ever, which makes it one of the best recruiting classes in all of college basketball. No way Cal leaves the opportunity to coach such an extraordinary class.I really don't see Cal going anywhere in the next few years and if Cal's son decides to come here then he will be here for at least 4 more years. With next years class at #1 and the players he has coming and still might get Bolden to add to this unbelievable class Cal isn't going anywhere next year with this huge class and a National Championship with this class coming in next year.
We already made him King, and in Kentucky, that actually matters.have we covered every team yet with these rumors?
Aaron Kall - Washington Post NBA writer Tim Bontemps says Calipari will be offered everything under the sun to be next basketball czar of Brooklyn Nets
Exactly. She has no intention of being the wife of an NBA coach. Zero chance. After seeing that interview with Cal and his wife recently, I am not the least bit worried.
I'm not saying Cal will or won't leave at some point, but there is a 100% chance he doesn't go to the Nets. The Nets blew through all their assets for years when they acquired KG, Pierce, Deron Williams and Gerarld Wallace

Cal left the nets and never looked back. He hates that franchise.
Good luck Brooklyn it ain't happenin.
He hiring and firing processes of the NBA and NFL are insane. Especially the NFL. Cal would be an idiot to go back.
I now think there's no way. He's got it made. The NBA doesn't have anything to offer. Even if he won an NBA championship......
So?
It's not a big deal anymore. Winning here matters more than winning there.
Agree overall, but winning a NBA title is a big damn deal. Cal would join only Larry Brown as the two coaches to win at both levels at the highest point.
