He needs to be fired immediately! Obviously, the Cal contract was ridiculous but even outside of that.

-Stoops a top 10 paid coach
-keeping Elzy when everyone knew she wasn’t the answer (and now having to pay a $3million buyout when she’s been awful)
-Mingione having his ups and downs.

Mitch continues to make questionable hires and then lock the athletics department into long term overpaid contracts with no way out. It’s like he doesn’t realize he can negotiate.
