I was in Atlantic City a few weeks ago, the same weekend as the Miss America contest. One of the events is a parade on the boardwalk called "Show Us Your Shoes," where the contestants wear shoes and costumes representing their home states. Clark Davis, Miss Kentucky, chose to wear a basketball-themed outfit and wore a UK uniform.

To make things even better, Miss Kansas also went with the basketball theme and also chose to wear the uniform from the best college team in her home state:

Sorry, they're showing up fine on my computer, but I'll try to load them a different way.

She seems sweet. Her dad, Johnathon Davis, played for UK. Brother plays for Butler.

Sorry to be such a computer retard, but I'd be happy to email the two images to anyone who can give me an email address to send them to. Or if someone can point me to the instructions for posting images, I'd appreciate it.

Not the "traditional" body-type that is normally associated with these types of pageants... but I'm sure she has no shortage of suitors in her everyday life.

I was not expecting that. I mean, very pretty face, but like the poster above pointed out, not the 'traditional' body-type you'd expect.

I think she's gorgeous, personally. She's more the norm as far as women's body type's go rather than the pageant ideal.

But most importantly is she's representing our Cats :sunglasses:

Our local hometown girl Betty Cantrell, Warner Robins, Ga.,won the Miss America contest. Very beautiful girl and most deserving.

She seems like an awesome lady. I'll support any woman from Kentucky repping the cats like that. Pretty face, too.

I find that women like to describe each other in the gentlest ways possible - so for EG they like to use fruit shapes to describe women's bodies.

They call her a "pear" shape if I'm not mistaken. She's in pretty good shape, too - thick girl, not too much extra.

Only trouble with pears is - if you think about that shape, it's a little lacking in one important curve that is a BIG help for many thick girls - top half of the hourglass.

[laughing] This thread is cracking me up. Everyone is so terrified of saying their opinion in case its not politically correct. Going out of their way to try and make things sound better than they are. She's just not attractive. She's like a 6/10. Not that fit, short hair, okay face. Its okay to admit it. Just call it what it is - Miss Kentucky is super marginal/not particularly attractive person and move on.

Don't stick me in there. You can believe that political correctness is the scourge of the earth, but still not want to be rude for no good reason.

Difference between PC and being polite is that the former is about enforcement, keeping people in line, making your way of thinking mandatory - it's ultimately for people who want to be in control. By contrast, being polite is just voluntary self-restraint but not trying to make everyone else bow to your own standards of language.

What has she ever done to me? She seems like a fine Kentuckian and is presumably a cats fan - I wouldn't go around calling her ugly even if I thought so.

And I do think she's pretty, face-wise. And she's in alright shape. I like slim girls and thick girls - I just prefer that thick girls have both a back side and a front side - and she only has the former.

But I'm sure she'll make some guy very happy.

For awhile... then completely miserable. :bomb:

Pageants aren't meant for normal types , stop trying to condition everybody .

Although she is first that I can recall that has a badonkadonk. Most of the time those pageant chicks have a tea spoon ass.
