We talk a lot about the difficulties in turning a football program around and how it takes a few years at best. I see that Mike Leach at Washington State has done just that--from one year to the next the Cougars go from3-9 to 8-4, are in the Sun Bowl and favored by 2.5 over a pretty good Miami team. Just saying.
