Micro managing, some players having to think or worry about being taken out after every decision and mistake. Quit screaming every second of the game. The players were so confused in the second half because cal was directing every dribble. Hagen refusing to go back in is unexceptionable, but Cal needs to quit micro managing every second. Home court is not a luxury as it once was. Still looking forward to the SEC tournament next week. Nashville here I come.

Ha.

Some people post how Cal won't take Hagans out.
When he takes Hagans out, some post how Cal micro manages too much.

Can't win.

Schrodinger's cal. He doesn't coach or run plays, only rolls the balls out. And also micromanages every dribble.

I did not see the game last night, but Cal usually does give some players a long leash and other players a very, very, very short leash. Hagans in the past has been one with a long leash.

Hagans is 20 years old. There are alot younger guys in boot camp that handle more than screaming from their instructors and handle it just fine without refusing to put in work and mouthing back. Hell for that matter, I had coaches scream at me in peewee football. It's part of sports and most kids are mentally tough enough to handle it. Cal is paid a lot of money to micromanage his team or run it however he sees fit.

Remember the Cal bs about wanting the team to run itself.

If Cal sat down all game I think it would be very instructive
