That's why he and CMS couldn't get along.

Canes look pretty good not sure they can beat Florida St who looks great. Dawson not being handcuffed by the HC is the difference.

Wouldn't surprise me if every former offensive coordinator is tearing it up once they leave here. Many did before coming here and they all have to change to go along with the Stoops defense first grind it out style of play. About the only time we look good is when we're struggling and are forced to speed things up, but unfortunately, Stoops won't let us play like that very long. We revert right back to the milk the clock and check with me offense.

I’d pump the brakes on Dawson was handcuffed by Stoops stuff. He went to southern Miss and was ho hum there as well and then back under Holgerson at Houston where he’s not really directing the offense.

Miami looked good and was aggressive I’ll gift them that yesterday…..but Dawson was his main reason for underperforming at UK….not Stoops
