Mason Hazelwood

I was looking at how some of our players from last season were doing in the minors, and I couldn't find Mason Hazelwood. I take it he wasn't drafted? Does anyone know his status? I know he came back from Tommy John surgery last season and did pretty well, so why doesn't someone take a chance on him?
