I told my wife, just before the play, southern miss had stoops just where they wanted him. 3rd and a mile. Didn't let me down....so to speak.

We're lucky they threw it to us in the red zone. They should have at least one TD. Maybe two. That score could easily be much, much closer.

I like what I'm seeing overall, but third and long is still humbling Coach White and Stoops.

While I agree, 3rd and long has killed us over the years and cost us some games. We’ve sat back on our heels way too many times and allowed mediocre QBs to pick us apart.

By only sending 3. Its what he does all the time or White whoever.
