Churchill Downs hosts UK Football Kickoff Luncheon

The Greater Louisville UK Alumni Chapter held it’s annual kickoff luncheon on Monday.

"Thank you for supporting us through the good times and the bad, and fortunately there’s been more good times than bad here in Jefferson County,” Stoops said with a laugh- a nod to his 3-1 record in Louisville.

“I’m surprised to see that thing in Jefferson County,” Stoops said, laughing as he referenced the Governor’s Cup trophy near the stage. It has been in Lexington since the 2018 season.

I'm sure some of you borings are gonna frown and shake your heads and wag your fingers at these comments made with a smile & laugh. He shouldn't add fuel to the fire!!! Bulletin board material!!! Just focus on Ball State!!!!

As if Brohm hasn't been focused on this game about all of his 12. As if they weren't going to be motivated since nit a damn one of them has ever beaten UK.

Overall glad to see our coach in high spirits going into the season!!
