Krissa going out made a difference. Sorry but it did.
We needed ball handlers and bodies and he was a big part of the 2nd half comeback.
Pope is a freaking boss, that guy coached this win into existence. Wow
Pope and the Cats also beat the rule of 71 tonight.
I don’t know if you guys realized this but Gonzaga had 175 game streak winning by 10 or more at the half.
C’mon man, Kriisa had a big part to that second half run.

He made some good 3s in the first half too. He did better than I thought he would. Having said that I was really impressed with Jax.
He was playing well up to that point. The best he's played all season so far. He wasn't the problem. He was the only one seemingly giving effort in the first half. His energy and fight is infectious.
Just saying when Robinson took over the point it changed the game. That and that inferior defense that Pope mixed in.
Jax was great, but we were already on that run, in part because of Kriisa’s play. But yes, Robinson was great at point.
I can't give Coach Pope enough credit for this win! And the players executed his adjustments almost flawlessly the second half!
Man when you put it like that, it really is unbelievable. And on top of all that, spotted Gonzaga an 18 burger in the second half. Truly one of the most unlikely wins we’ve had in a long ass time
Coach completely out coached Few the way most big named coaches did to Cal.
This is revisionist history. We cut 18 down to like 2 or 3 with Kerr on the floor for vast majority. He had a much better game
It’s funny to hear some of the people around the program to finally start slowly but surely speak of their displeasure of how Cal was doing things. On the postgame show Goose just commented on what a difference it is to have a coach who mixed in a 1-3-1 zone pretty much the whole second half versus a coach who might play it for one half of one possession.

Wouldn't that be an incredible punch of Butler / Robinson? Would wear out the opposing guards.
The best thing to happen was whatever happened with him. His role has to be limited. He's a terrible player the more he has to play and can't defend a paralyzed turtle. Gonzaga's offensive flow went to total crap once he was off the court allowing their guards to go wherever they chose.
Also he's the guy that tape will show is even worse after a game. He loves to pretend he's been screened when really he's beaten so bad he loves to "TV effort" it and lock up on the screener and just breaks everything down and leaves teammates out to dry defensively covering for him.
Antics some find cute--I don't. but each to their own.
LOVE THIS WIN and without Butler? WOW! Fantastic job from the Staff and players.
It won’t be popular but I agree. Nothing personal against the guy but his minutes need to be very limited.

I thought Kriisa was playing hard and better than all season when out there tonight. But when Oweh took Nembhard their offense slowed down noticeably. That and the 1-3-1 were huge keys to the comeback.
Cal was down to freaking UTSA in the first half today lol.
He will be as long as we will have him. We just need to support him like BBN does and give him every resource he needs to win big.

I agree with some of that, but I love his attitude, his heart, and he played well when we needed him too tonight. He’s not a great defender. But he’s a good bench piece. I love that he’s on our team.
