Took over a nothing program with two tournament appearances in program history and built them into a top 10 program in the country and has never missed the tournament in his 25 years on the job, compared to Kentucky missing the tournament two times under Calipari.

He hasn't lost in the first round since 2010 and hasn't lost on opening weekend since 2014, compared to Kentucky losing in the first round two of the last three years and failing to make it out of the opening weekend every year since 2019 under Calipari.

Including the canceled COVID year where Gonzaga finished the season with a 31-2 record, ranked #2 in the AP poll, and an obvious 1-seed if the tournament selection would've happened, he's earned a 1-seed five times since the last time Kentucky was a 1-seed under Calipari.

He's recruited 5-stars to Gonzaga so his ability to get high level dudes to Kentucky does not concern me in the slightest.

He is 61 so maybe he's older than people would ideally want in a new coach but he's physically fit and should have a good 10+ years of coaching left in the tank.
