On Friday Machado didn't like the hard tag at 3B given by the A's Donaldson, and an altercation ensued.

Then on Sunday the A's pitcher threw back to back pitches at Machado (around his knees), both way inside. So in a very late swing the bat comes flying out of Machado's hands at 3B (Donaldson wasn't there). Chaos once again.

My thoughts. You throw at him once, ok point made. You do it again (next pitch), and I'm fine w/ him slinging the bat, just too bad it didn't go back at the pitcher.

Machado was acting like a b*tch. I saw the tag the A's 3rd baseman made and there was absolutely nothing wrong with it. The A's 3rd baseman actually started cracking up afterward when Machado was throwing a fit and I agree with him. Machado's reaction was comical.

I agree about the supposed hard tag, that it looked fine.
But you throw a pitch at a guy, ok. But unless he has done something completely viscious like go into 2nd w/ high spikes and intentionally injure your SS, you can't throw a 2nd pitch in a row at him.
