i broke it down in earlier post...last year was it. i will never understand why everyone thinks the LSU teams jones has had have had such overwhelming talent. they have had some good players but quality depth has always been an issue.

LSU has done the least with the most though. Neither of those coaches have had near as much talent.

Yeah, getting talent is a part of being a college coach. He has won more than both of them no matter what excuses you make for them and no one talks about how bad they are.

How many players do you suggest JJ needs? Most coaches believe 7 is the magic number. Does Jones need more than that?

No, that's your opinion, I've got no problem with it. I'm not sure if either of those coaches could do better with the roster JJ has right now because they've never had a player like Simmons.
I just think Simmons is a once in a decade talent that is not being utilized properly and could very well miss the tournament.
Could you imagine Cal's critics if UK misses the NCAA tournament with AD on the roster?

Lol Cal had AD, AND top 5 player MKG, top 10 player Marques Teague, top 10 player Terrence Jones, 5 star Doran Lamb, and 4 star Darius Miller. You're really comparing that to the talent Jones has had at LSU? You have to be joking.

Actually if you follow this board at all, which i assume you dont, youd realize people do talk about how bad they are... But we also group JJ in that bunch
