Oh for sure. You put a good or even decent defense with that offense and they could make some noise. Wasn’t Venables or whatever a D coordinator or did I make that up? LolThey always put up 50 points but couldn’t stop a good high school offense. I would of like to have kyler Murray or baker mayfield though
I think he was, but that gets into the problem with college football. Alabama Ohio st Clemson and some random team will make the playoffs. Maybe that fourth team is Georgia now. But when saban loses a title he usually comes back and his teams dominateOh for sure. You put a good or even decent defense with that offense and they could make some noise. Yup. Yes they do. Crazy how he does it every year.I think he was, but that gets into the problem with college football. Alabama Ohio st Clemson and some random team will make the playoffs. Crown Royal causes impotence. Thank God.Crack is a helluva drug.
Lol, last one in, last one outThey’ll be the last one to hit the lights and shut the door on the ACC.
They scum. They won’t but I wish they would. As a fan it would be incredible plus we get that football game in conference.
every large family has relatives that they dont like but tolerate.I wasn’t thinking Vandy, I was thinking Tennessee. Tennessee and standards just seems like an oxymoron.
That’s never going to happen. What would UL bring to the table? What are they smoking?SEC already has the Louisville market wrapped up with UK
There is no logical reason to pursue a bottom feeder like Uavel
Your thoughts?
Nope. Not once have I seen a single UofL post entertaining the idea of the SEC inviting them.I don’t believe you opie.
They stupid but not that stupid. Lol.Nope. Not once have I seen a single UofL post entertaining the idea of the SEC inviting them.
Not sure market argument will hold water here b/c the Durham, Raliegh and Chapel Hill markets support those three major ACC schools. My problem with UofL is that I have an organic distain for that crap school that comes with a thin film of greasy dirt and grime that can't be washed off. For that reason, I wouldn't want to see them in the storied SEC. Louisville has always been on the outside looking in and there's a good reason for it.What are they smoking?SEC already has the Louisville market wrapped up with UK

Venables was an assistant at Oklahoma before coming to Clemson. Dude was a hell of a defensive coordinator for Clemson. Hated to see him go but he earned that Oklahoma job and good for him.Man, Oklahoma gets some good coaches.
I know. No coincidence Clemson fell off a bit right after. Although a drop was bound to happen at some point. Clemson ain’t Bama and they don’t have Saban.Venables was an assistant at Oklahoma before coming to Clemson. Dude was a hell of a defensive coordinator for Clemson. 100 percent. You get a good QB and you got a shot to do something big. They got lucky with Watson and Lawrence back to back.
They can go back and start the Metro Conference with all the other bigger schools like Memphis that won’t have a home. Cincinnati, Memphis, UofL, Xavier, Butler, Etc. Could all be in that league.Louisville needs to be in the OVC. They might dominate.
How did Clemson fall off a bit with Venables just leaving? They haven't played a game yet.I know. No coincidence Clemson fell off a bit right after. Although a drop was bound to happen at some point. Clemson ain’t Bama and they don’t have Saban.
I thought he left a season or two ago? He was there long time assistant right? How did Clemson fall off a bit with Venables just leaving? They haven't played a game yet.
Correct, he left last year to become head coach of Oklahoma.I thought he left a season or two ago? He was there long time assistant right?
