I doubt it. He was not presumed guilty. If Kentucky had a problem with Tubman they should have made their intentions known months ago. Now when he is free to move on with his life is not the time to pull the rug out from under him. This ridicules panel is nothing but a dog and pony show.

Mad...I sure hope you are correct , but from some of the statements his mother is making it sure does not sound promising...If this kid was a normal student this would probably be no big deal, but with the liberal mindset of most of these college students today you really don't know what is going to happen...I hope Lloyd is allowed to return...I have talked with someone who knows this young man quite well and says he just doesn't believe this has been kosher from the get go..
