Thanks for the link. Good read & this has to help UK hopefully get some of the players with Cal coaching these player.
I would hope Cal would keep all five recruits on the squad. This should be a recruiting tool for UK. USA basketball is a means to an end.
I would take the five recruits, the three current Cats, and the best four from the rest of the bunch.

The NCAA would set a limit on 5* recruits allowed on a team and force some to transfer to ACC teams.
Interesting to read the potential pitfall of coaching these USA teams. Not every recruit can make it.
Can should explot this and not be ashamed about it. K was clearly taking advantage of it and so should Cal.
Questions? Will this team practice at UK and does the UK staff help Cal coach and get to go with the team?
Bol, Bagley, and Quickly continue to look like locks.
One of Romeo Langford or Cameron Reddish has a great shot at landing at UK.
Those 3 plus 1 of 2 of Langford/Reddish would be the best 4 players signed in a class by Calipari and would give UK a real shot at seeing 3 players get drafted #1, #2, and #3, in my opinion.
This class is going to be real special. It is a REALLY great class on top off that, especially compared to the last 2 HS SR Classes. Sure the crystal ball is a tool that is wrong more than it should be, but going by it, UK is either leading or tied for 7 of the top 14 players in the 2018 class using 247's rankings. That's just ridiculous. Even by Calipari's standards.

LOL! I've just learned to embrace it, Wallins creek Cat. Even if I were Coach Cal himself, my opinions on this board would still be worthless to most everyone on here. Ha ha!
No but I may have found another one who doesn't take well to dry humor but Be Good anyway. Won't bug you again. (Oh and for the record, my basketball opinion is "dumberer" than yours is....it's why I rarely state basketball opinions. Just like reading them except the worthless ones...and digging a little at a select few...
If Cal signs Bol, Bagley and Quickly and then adds Romeo, does it even matter who he recruits to round out the class? The outrage from fans, coaches and national media would be a lot of fun. Some may say Cal has no chance of signing all those guys, but when it comes to Cal with recruiting, nothing would surprise me anymore. I like Reddish as a future player, but if I'm being honest, I doubt the kid goes anywhere but Duke. Cal puts Kentucky at the, or near the top of every top recruit in the country. When you are a basketball coach that can continue doing that, you will land more than you lose. I will agree with this recruiting class looking legit. This class is loaded with elite talent. Some of these kids can really play, but with the class being so strong, they don't get the attention their talent level shows.

Dry humor and sarcasm are EXTREMELY hard to convey on a message board though. That's why I will always prefer talking to someone face to face, despite all these new e gadgets that are slowly taking away everyone's personality.

What you see is what you get with me. Thanks for explaining, you didn't have to but I will take it as an invitation for my sort of..ah humor.
What's crazy is, as good as that class sounds; Bol, Bagley3, Quickly, Reddish/Langford...that's not including that we also have a ridiculously good chance at Williamson who's my 2nd favorite player in the class behind Bagley. Undersized PF or not, he's 6'7 and 235 pounds with damn near LeBron levels of explosion in his leaping to go with a grown man's body. We get that group and our starting line up could be, excluding returning players:
Quickly
Langford/Reddish
Williamson
Bagley
Bol
We could have 5 scrubs on the bench and still make a deep run in the tournament with that group, let alone return guys like Green, SGA, Baker, etc.
