He realized he wasn’t cut out for coaching non professionals that had trouble comprehending and implementing what he was wanting them to do. He had a “stressed induced “ medical episode and moved from the field to the booth because of it . He belongs in the nfl . Always did .

This. Thats why we struggled his last stint here. Had his foot out the door. Didn't like recruiting, which is understandable, and had a hard time teaching in limited practice time.

Would've been better for each had he never returned to uk imo.
