This idiot just keeps amazing me with statements most people just couldn't dream up. After the completely over the top interview with Goodman, now he says both of Lonzo's brothers will be one and done. He also said that after one year at UCLA, they would both enter into the draft whether they had a good or a bad year. In fact, he said he hoped they didn't get drafted so they could be signed as free agents by the Lakers, and all the brothers could play together. I guess it never occurred to him that if they were not good enough to get drafted, why would the Lakers sign them as free agents? I guess so the organization would have the privilege of having Lavar totally screw up 3 of their players. Sheez, what a whack job. If the Lakers draft Lonzo, they deserve to be cursed by this idiot for the next few years.

He is resourceful though, I knew that when I saw the "stay in your lane" t shirts the day after he was on Cowherd.

When I heard about the mom being sick, I thought this guy won't even think twice about moving his agenda forward and staying in the public eye. That would not appear to be his priority, so time will tell if my thinking is wack.

i wish we played next year just for the lead up. The other two brothers aren't nearly as good as Lonzo. The youngest is supposed to be special but I currently don't see it. But he has 2+ years to advance. This current kid though isn't nearly that special, and i dont think he really has the chance to be.
 
The guy is a total pos but he's a marketing genius gotta give the devil his due. Lonzo would of fit in well at puke. He keeps his family in the news and does exactly what he wants us to talk about him. It will work till lonzo has to go out and perform against guys wanting to school him and shut his dad up. Everyone in the NBA will want their shot as well. Shut down lonzo and shut up lavar

Lonzo will be a great NBA player, the problem is the other two Ball's suck. LiAngelo is a borderline top 100 recruit that is an undersized SF with ZERO NBA athleticism. He'll be lucky to be play 10-15 mins a game as a freshman even though his father is claiming he'll average 20+ PPG. LeMelo is getting exposed more and more often and it will be increasingly difficult to build a brand around a kid that has been severely beaten with an ugly stick, I mean good lord that is a face only Lavar could love.

The guy better enjoy his 15 minutes because his other 2 kids just don't have it.

I swear I think byro sometimes just talks to himself in every thread as if he's two people. Instead of putting all his thoughts in one post he must have a separate post for each thought unless he's responding to himself. I know I'm not the only one who notices it. No offense of course

Noticed the same thing. Guess he discovered that's a quick way to build up his post count, that's all I can figure.

Screw lavar he should get no due. Hes a dumbass with a loud mouth. Hes a message board poster with a platform. Hes not a marketing genius as geniuses don' cost themselves millions of dollars. Every single kid is overrated and only Lonzo will play in the league. In a year everyone will forget the guy exists until he does something stupid again. His 15 minutes are up.

Lavar will have a Reality TV Show soon. I'd lay $$ in Vegas on that.
 
He has definetly kept his kids in the forefront. But if they fail he has set them up to be trolled unmercifully.

I'm not sure why people continue to even read or watch his interviews.

Doing so, and commenting on them, is exactly what he desires.

Lonzo will never be able to guard the elite point guards in the NBA. Fox went by him anytime he wanted to. What do you think the NBA players will do to him? His shot will get blocked a lot with the way he shoots it.
He is a good passer but I really don't think being able to do that keeps him in the NBA for long.
D league here we come.
