Both are determined to hang on to their own philosophy of how to win in each of their respective sports even though the game has evolved past BOTH of their abilities. And NEITHER are willing or able to ADAPT to the way the current game needs to be played.

Heck, even Nick Saban and Bill Self figured it out and won National Titles, yet those 2 keep sticking to the way each sport was played 20 years ago.

And Ole Mitch gave each of them LIFETIME contracts.
