Exactly this. It's almost exclusive to college basketball. I see nba coaches fired on the heels of winning championships. With NIL being more pay to play vs actually making money on the side and massive coach salaries, the heat should always be on coaches to meet expectations.Why is it totally normal for a guy with a championship in football to get fired but it's somehow not okay in basketball to want one to leave?
