Remember, these kids are awful and selfish for looking out for their best interests. These teams really care about the players (if they produce) so they should put the school first.

Allegedly Kyle McCord’s dad met with Day this past weekend and wanted Day to guarantee that his son would be QB1 next year. Day didn’t make the promise but said he’d love for Kyle to stay and compete for the starting job. That wasn’t what pops wanted to hear and thus, Kyle is now in the portal.

What’s crazy is a program like osu is going the portal route for a qb. Day even told McCord straight up that he wanted him to stay and compete but he was going the portal direction. The kid was 11-1 as their starter. Insane.

College ball is free agency. But especially for qb.
