No it’s much more likely he just didn’t think we would sign another C as good as Garrison.
Article says he is actually 6’7”!!! This kid was the BIGGEST transfer, IMHO, we could have signed!! With all of the skilled players he will be surrounded by, this kid could really light it up!

I am really glad they took Garrison since it is possible that they knew Osobor was leaning elsewhere and Williams was looking around too.
