He probably meant to say, "Kentucky is telling me I'm their guy [for point guard]" versus "Kentucky is where I want to go" which is being inferred in this thread.
That said, Kentucky probably leads for this kid's services, but he will probably wait to see if Murray, Ulis and Briscoe stick around (which may be likely for Briscoe and Ullis), in which case he needs to decide he can play with two other point guards on the roster, much like Murray had to decide.
