Kevin Knox isn't a OAD

They're really butt hurt. Even more than duke fans it seems. According to uncheat he's also getting paid and wait for it................doesn't have to go to class

No one is one and done if they go to UNC. That's the only school that holds top 5 star talent back and hoards it up to win games

I've been on Life Support the past month, trying to survive UNCheat's party. Knox was good from what ails me...

Yeah, it's the NCAA version of the Head Start program and only unccheat are enrolled:

Allow elite talent to attend "school" to become "student" athletes without ever attending any actual classes providing huge incentives to both commit initially but stay longer than one year even if a one and done talent.

For two decades.

I doubt Knox is a one and done either but that is fine . JV , Bamba , and Richards will be though.
Is or isn't?
I thought he was the #9 rated prospect in his class? If so, he's most likely a one and done at UK.

See, I'm all for crushing UNC*** and RW, but I don't agree with this.
I'm not trying to be a jerk, so please don't take this that way.
But how would a coach literally hold a player back? How would RW go about telling a kid and his family that he has to come back to school (I know, laughable at UNC***)?
I mean, these kids and their parents know what's going on, there's millions of dollars on the line, so I'm sure they know where they stand.
I get the feeling that Roy tells these kids that he isn't interested in one and done players while he's recruiting them. As long as that's the agreement up front, I see nothing wrong with it. He's the one missing out on stud players and that's fine by us.

Do you really want me to pull up all the recruits since Roy was there that could've gone to the NBA but stayed? It's a long list

Knox is one/done unless he just completely tanks and decides to stay. He'd likely be drafted on his measurables and potential alone. 6'7"/6'8" 200lbs... young guy, even for his grade..long, fluid, athlete with catch and shoot ability.

I'm not sure why you posted that response. You read my post right? If so, you read it wrong.
I agree with you, there has been a ton of 5 stars that have returned to UNC***, but please re-read my post. Thanks.

You said he misses out on stud recruits which isn't true. Does he get a lot of them? No, but he gets the lower end 5* and upper end 4* which is why their roster stays stacked

So somehow the player ranked higher than the 3 you mentioned isn't OAD?
Jarred Vanderbilt is easily the most likely OAD we have. Bamba is more then that obviously. Knox could be but he doesn't have the guard like skill of JV who might be the 2nd best passer in the class ( behind Green). Knox will be a first rounder if wants next season but if wants to be a top 5 pick like he said he will need 2 years IMO .

Yeah he will pass up the weakest draft in years. Lmao

Okay, I'll say this slowly so you understand.
I said: "I get the feeling he tells these kids that he's not interested in one and done players while he's on recruiting visits with them. He probably loses out on a lot of stud players because of this… .".
You should really learn comprehension before you try to crush someone.
If you still don't get it then we are done here.

You can't fault the state of North Carolina for expanding on a worthwhile program:

I am going by what he said last night- he wants to be a top 5 pick . He ain't that right now and I doubt he can ever be. Now a top 25 pick if he wants next season , sure. So if he wants to be a 1st rounder next season then I could see that but Bamba and JV are top 5-8 picks right now and Richards is a top 15 pick.
But maybe I am wrong as this site has Bamba 2 , JV 10 , Knox 11 , Richards 15 and Diallo 14. Regardless we got talent LOL

Stud players and OAD are not synonymous. If you don't get that we are done here.

Okay, yes, he WANTS to be a top 5 pick and that's what he SHOULD say. But if he's top 20 he's gone. It's not the top 5 pick he wanted, but he's gone.
This is Kentucky, not Duke or UNC. He won't be here for 2 years.

Wow, I thought you were better than this.
I honestly don't get the point you're trying to make. I highly doubt RW goes into players homes saying "hey you want to leave after 1 year, then were not interested " I think RW would do backflips for Zion Williamson, just to name one player.

Again, you're mis quoting me.
I said "I GET THE FEELING that Roy Williams tells them that he's not interested in the one and done philosophy" (I didn't actually say "philosophy" the first time, but I feel I need to now.
That's just Roy being honest with the kids he's recruiting. The reason I say that is because all these 5* players keep returning, it's not Roy holding them back, it's the plan that they had going in.
But again, that is just my gut FEELING.

I get the feeling that Roy tells these kids that he isn't interested in one and done players while he's recruiting them.
Look I get you "philosophy " point but I can only read what you post not your mind. Not trying to be a douche. Just read what I read. UNC brings back more talent year after year bc RW holds them back like you said

I believe Roy (like most coaches) tells these kids whatever he thinks they want to hear, to get them to commit.

Jeffy, stop arguing for the sake of arguing. My lord, when Barnes was projected top three and came back for a sophomore year ..... and you are still arguing in favor of Roy Williams and UNCheat on this subject....... then just trying to see if you can win an impossible argument is all you can be doing.
