I bet you'll throw a nice party Tuesday night after our 3rd loss in a row where Pope did nothing wrong in your mind.
He list the game in the first half. We scored 27 points in the first half aftee he had a week to prepare. That's a fail.

This is our fifth loss but the FIRST I am complaining about. Pope should be torched for this one. He should feel the pressure that comes with being Kentucky’s coach. We didn’t get outplayed this game. We didn’t lose because someone got hot and made impossible shots. We lost because the players were undisciplined and the coach played bad lineups and called moronic plays. Pope needs to own it.
Amari needed to have his ass blistered so bad that he couldn’t sit for a week, but instead he got praised for his heart on Insta, by Pope himself. Pope told us he cares more than anyone he has ever coached. Horse. Shit. It isn’t true and I’m not falling for that garbage. Calipari exhausted me with bullshit and I’m not swallowing it from anyone ever again. Enough talk. Amari can SHOW us how much he cares or he can find somewhere else to play basketball. Pope can grow a pair of balls. I’d rather lose with players that actually care and I *thought* that is what Pope would give us.
This afternoon what we got was lazy, entitled Calipari trash, with less talented athletes. No thanks.
Have to win that one when you get up 7 late like that. Not sure what’s going on with Butler, whether it’s he’s hurting or what, but his poor play lost the game. Brea has to be better. And some real tactical changes need to be made. I don’t think we have a reliable big right now. And we definitely don’t have one that needs to be handling the ball much. Time to go small, play the 1-3-1 and make shots. Oweh is a fighter. These guys need to follow his lead.

I seriously want to just turn off the game every time Amari touches the ball on offense. I don’t know how Pope can’t see it. I thought he was smarter than Calipari but at this point I’m not sure. He’s on the Amari train and he is about to ride it long enough to lose the fan base.
I hope Amari has compromising photos of him because there is no other justifiable reason for it. I’d rather lose with Amari on the bench.

No. I do not think Pope will own it. That is based on history. The last time Amari shat the bed Pope went on a media blitz to convince the fan base how much Amari CARES. I expect it again. Feel free to call me on it if I’m wrong but I’m 99% sure there will be official UK media praising Amari by Monday. He doesn’t deserve it and I don’t want to see it. It solves nothing. I want accountability.

Anyone besides UK fans expecting a national title with a team assembled in about 20 minutes sees what Kentucky has in a coach.
Yes, this was a let down, yes Pope probably could have done more to have the team prepared

The team is slowly playing worse, not better. That's the most frustrating part. No reason we should be just content because its Mark's "first season".
