I feel like we get one of the TU or OK games on the road. Both are bubblish teams that need a signature win. Both are going to be tough with prior mentioned injuries.
Anyone saying we should win this game is literally just manipulating a situation to bash our team and coach when we lose tomorrow. Can we win, sure if we shoot 50% from 3 again, but we have 3 players out, Carr is a fraction of himself and really shouldn’t be playing hurt , and our center is going to have to be the PG distributor. Texas is the team that shouldn’t be losing this game no excuses, not us. Texas beats us and they are right back in the tournament hunt so they don’t suck like people are thinking .

Who would have guessed a 3/4 seed with 8 quad 1 wins and wins over 4 top 5 teams would be a 3.5 dog to a team projected right now to be right on the cutline bubble.

If we win the game its going to be like beating the entire world with a gorilla on your shoulder trying to hold you down so it would feel great. But im not hurt at all if we lose because there's just nothing you can do when you have so many injuries. We have to just hope our guys can play competitively enough that the NCAA will put us into the tournament even if Robinson and Butler cant come back

Now, you have a team that is heavily injured, but still runs an offense that is very hard to defend and what makes it more difficult is the team is starting to defend well up top and guys like Noah and Almanor are starting to emerge.
Toss in the fact that Texas is missing Kaluma, who is one of their best players and you have a game I would never bet on.

Texas mirrors what alot of other SEC teams bring to the table. Athletic guards who shoot pretty well, over 35% of a group and can drive the ball. Their bigs are athletic too and rebound fairly well, especially on the offense end.
So I think we will only win by 5-8 pts.
